Development of Alberta’s energy resources remains the most significant driver of the provincial economy. As energy market supply chains become global, Project Owners must consider modern technologies to ensure the sustainability and reliability of current and future operations. EPC Firms must incorporate innovate materials and fabrication methodologies to ensure timely and cost effective project (and mega-project) execution. Alberta Fabricators face workforce challenges and growing global competition. Hence, the awareness of welding engineering principles and modern technologies, and the latest in supply chain development is of significant value for the entire supply chain.
