Alberta Innovates Graduate Student Scholarship (GSS)
**NEW GUIDELINES UPDATED**
Please note there is an update to the program Guidelines and Handbook (page 6) in reference to successful scholarship recipients who receive “other major peer-reviewed graduate awards”. New this year: adjudication and administration will be completed by the universities - please contact the appropriate university personnel for applicable forms, and announcement of results. Contact information is included in the guidelines. Please ensure you have the latest version. It is the applicant's responsibility to keep themselves apprised of program updates and any changes to forms and guidelines.
2012
Information for the 2012 Graduate Student Scholarship applicants/recipients inclusive of Canadian Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) award holders, Canadians not holding an NSERC and International students.

Canadian Students (NSERC Holders)
Canadian students (Canadian citizens/permanent residents) who hold a newly-awarded NSERC (effective Spring 2011) and have applied for the 2011 GSS competition should refer to the guidelines listed below:

Students awarded scholarships during 2007 - 2010 can contact Alberta Innovates – Technology Futures for assistance with the relevant Guidelines and Handbook applicable during that time.
